Rotor New Air Technology Wuxi Passes ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Surveillance Audits, Retaining Triple ISO Certification

Recently, Rotor New Air Technology Wuxi Co., Ltd. passed the surveillance audits of three management-system standards — ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) — and the certificates remain valid. These three certifications are issued by reputable certification bodies in accordance with the corresponding standards, and Rotor accepts regular third-party surveillance audits.

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized quality-management standard covering the entire process from order receipt to product delivery. Rotor's quality-management system covers five major links: procurement, production, inspection, shipping, and after-sales. In procurement, supplier qualifications and incoming-material inspection are strictly controlled. In production, work is organized according to work instructions, with attention to in-process self-inspection and mutual inspection. In inspection, factory inspection and type tests are carried out in accordance with factory inspection procedures. In shipping, packaging and shipment are organized according to contract and transportation requirements. In after-sales, customer files are maintained and regular follow-up visits are conducted.

ISO 14001 focuses on the environmental impact of production and business activities. In its environmental-management system, Rotor has identified the major environmental impact factors in the production process, including energy consumption, waste, noise, and welding fumes, and has formulated corresponding target indicators, management plans, and emergency plans, and has been subject to regular third-party surveillance audits.

ISO 45001 focuses on the impact of production and business activities on employee occupational health and safety. In its occupational health and safety management system, Rotor has identified major hazards including mechanical injuries, electrical injuries, fall-from-height, welding arc light, and dust, has equipped corresponding protective facilities and personal protective equipment, and has regularly organized employee occupational health examinations and safety training.

The simultaneous operation of the three management systems reflects Rotor's unified commitment to quality management, environmental management, and compliance management. For customers, the continued validity of the three certificates means that Rotor is audited by independent third-party institutions on product quality, supply stability, green manufacturing, and safety production, providing a basis for long-term cooperation. Rotor will continue to improve quality management, energy consumption and emission control, and production safety management in accordance with system requirements.
