Counter-Flow Plate Heat Exchanger

Product Introduction

The counter-flow plate heat exchanger uses high-quality hydrophilic aluminum foil / epoxy-coated aluminum foil. The air flows in counter-flow; as the two air streams enter the channels in opposite directions, the heat-transfer area increases. The fresh air and exhaust air are completely separated, preventing any transfer of odor and moisture. Three airflow-direction options are available: LL, LU, and UU. It is applied to energy recovery in industrial ventilation systems, such as mobile base-station air-conditioning systems, equipment rooms, computer rooms, and equipment cabinets.

Material Types

1. Series F (Anti-corrosion type):
The heat-exchange plates are made of anti-corrosion aluminum sheet, with an outer casing of high-quality galvanized sheet; the maximum temperature does not exceed 100°C, suitable for environments with severely corrosive gases.
2. Series G (High-temperature type):
The heat-exchange plates are made of stainless steel sheet, with an outer casing of high-quality stainless steel sheet, sealed with a special sealing material; the maximum temperature can reach 300°C, suitable for special high-temperature gas applications.
