Fresh-Air Total Heat Recovery Dual-Flow Haze-Removal Dehumidification Purification System

A total heat recovery fresh-air system is a heat-recovery ventilation device—an improved supply-and-exhaust air system with heat-recovery functionality, developed on the basis of the dual-flow (balanced) fresh-air system. Its operating principle is as follows: both the supply air and the exhaust air are handled by a single host unit (equipped with two fans), and a heat-exchange module is integrated inside the host to rapidly absorb and release heat, ensuring thorough heat exchange between the air streams. The air exhausted to the outdoors and the fresh air supplied indoors exchange heat within this total heat-exchanger. When the indoor exhaust air and the incoming fresh air flow through the heat-exchanger core in a cross-flow (orthogonal) pattern, the temperature difference and water-vapor partial-pressure difference between the two streams on either side of the air-separator plate cause heat and mass transfer as the streams pass through the plate, initiating the total heat exchange process.
